All items found on this site are 100% Genuine Volvo Products. In the rare event that the item is not recieved in the condition as expected, a full return will be accepted. Note: We must be notified five (5) days after UPS delivery receipt of item for return claim to be honored. There are no returns on electrical or special order items. A restocking charge will be applied on all merchandise returned for credit. No returns after (14) days, unless accepted by us for other reasons. A 30% handling charge must be applied to all returns accepted.

Your item will be shipped to your address within 5-7 days of placing your order. All orders placed on the weekends will be received by our Parts Department the next working business day and processed accordingly. All items will be shipped UPS Ground, or more simply, drop-shipped from Volvo.
